Terms and Conditions – 888 Games Pakistan Official Platform Rules

These Terms govern the entire relationship between 888 Games and every registered player on the platform. They override any verbal or written communication that may contradict them. 888 Games reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. To register and maintain an active account on 888 Games, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any requirement entitles 888 Games to suspend or close your account immediately and retain any funds connected to fraudulent or ineligible activity.

When you register an account on 888 Games, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Your mobile number and password must not be shared with any third party. 888 Games will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone. Any request for your password purporting to come from 888 Games should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 888 Games account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team at once. 888 Games will investigate and take appropriate action, but the platform cannot be held liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials caused by the player's own actions or negligence.

• Account registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address.
• Players must update their account details if personal information changes — particularly the mobile number linked to Easypaisa or JazzCash.
• 888 Games may request additional verification documents (CNIC copy, payment proof) before processing large withdrawals or granting bonus eligibility.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of Rs 500 against the remaining balance, after a notification period.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or bonus funds forfeited before closure is finalised.

All financial transactions on 888 Games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. No foreign currency transactions are accepted and no currency conversion is applied at any stage.

Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. 888 Games does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts belonging to anyone other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules published within the game interface take precedence for gameplay decisions.

The random number generators (RNGs) used in all non-live games at 888 Games are independently certified for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment — real cards, real wheels, real dealers — streamed from professional studio environments. No manipulation of outcomes is technically possible in the live dealer environment.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. 888 Games will not reverse game outcomes except in the case of a documented technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled according to the last confirmed game state recorded by the server.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions, or other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through exploitation.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited.
• Jackpot wins above Rs 500,000 may require additional identity verification before payout is processed.

Players who have self-excluded may not use any workaround to re-access the platform during their exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with any associated funds forfeited.

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits from their account settings at any time.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During exclusion, no bets or deposits can be placed and no marketing communications will be sent.
