We do not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric data, health information, or political or religious affiliations. CNIC information, when requested for identity verification, is used solely for that purpose and is not used in any profiling or marketing activity.
How 888 Games Uses Your Data
888 Games uses your personal data strictly for the purposes described below. We do not use it for anything beyond what's listed here without obtaining your separate consent. Every use of your data has a legal basis — either contract performance (running your account), legal obligation (AML compliance), legitimate interest (platform security), or your explicit consent (marketing communications).
- Account operation: Processing your registration, managing your account balance in PKR, handling login authentication, and maintaining your betting and game history.
- Payments processing: Executing deposits from your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card account and processing withdrawal requests back to verified payment methods.
- Identity verification: Confirming your age and identity to comply with responsible gaming obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. This is a legal obligation, not optional.
- Fraud prevention and security: Detecting suspicious activity, preventing multi-accounting, identifying bonus abuse, and protecting your account from unauthorised access.
- Customer support: Responding to your queries, resolving disputes, and investigating complaints. Support communications may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
- Responsible gaming: Monitoring account behaviour to identify potential problem gambling patterns and applying responsible gaming interventions where needed — including mandatory breaks and account restrictions.
- Platform improvement: Using aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve game performance, fix technical issues, and develop new features. This analysis never identifies you personally.

Payment Data & PKR Transactions
All financial transactions on 888 Games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through local payment infrastructure. Because the platform handles real money, payment data is among the most sensitive information we process — and we treat it accordingly.
When you make a deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card, 888 Games receives a payment confirmation reference from the payment provider. We do not store your full Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash MPIN, full card number, or bank account passwords at any point. What we store is the account reference (e.g., the last four digits of your card, or your mobile wallet phone number) sufficient to match deposits and process withdrawals back to the same method.
Full card numbers, CVV codes, and card PINs are never stored on 888 Games servers. Card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits. This prevents money laundering and protects your funds from being diverted to an unknown account.
All 888 Games transactions are in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion data is collected or stored because no conversion ever takes place.
Transaction records are retained for seven years per AML regulatory requirements. You can request a copy of your transaction history at any time by contacting support.

Security & Account Protection

Your Rights Over Your Data
As a player on 888 Games, you have rights over the personal data we hold about you. These rights are genuine and we will honour them promptly. Some rights are subject to legal limitations — for example, we cannot delete transaction records that we are legally required to retain for anti-money-laundering compliance — but we will always explain any such limitation clearly when it applies.
Right to Access

Data Retention Periods
888 Games retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law. Once data is no longer needed and no legal retention obligation applies, it is securely deleted or anonymised. The following are the standard retention periods we apply:

When an account is closed at the player's request, 888 Games will begin the deletion process for data that is not subject to mandatory retention. You will receive confirmation that non-retained data has been deleted. Data subject to AML or regulatory retention will remain stored but will be inaccessible for any marketing or operational purpose.
Minors & Age Verification
888 Games is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform. This is both a legal requirement and a core ethical commitment of 888 Games as a responsible operator serving Pakistani users.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we discover that an account holder is under the legal age, we will immediately close the account, void all bets placed and bonuses claimed, and return any remaining deposit balance to the payment method used — minus any amounts connected to bonus terms violations.
